​BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. Certain features or programs may have additional terms that apply. If you enroll in such programs, those additional terms also apply and, where applicable, supersede these general Terms.

Description of Services

Blended Learning provides online professional development courses, subscription-based learning plans, and educational resources designed to enhance skills across various industries.

Our Services may include:

• Self-paced and instructor-led courses
• Digital course materials, assessments, and certificates of completion
• Interactive discussions and learning tools
• Subscription-based access to content and resources​

We may update or modify our Services at any time, including adding, removing, or adjusting features and course offerings.

Eligibility and User Accounts

To create an account and access our Services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at programs@blendedlearn.org. Blended Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

User Conduct

Users are expected to engage respectfully and professionally within the Blended Learning community. You agree not to:​

• Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, instructors, or staff.
• Cheat, plagiarize, or use AI-generated content to complete coursework dishonestly.
• Disrupt the Services or interfere with other users’ experiences.
• Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or content without authorization.
• Use our Services for commercial purposes, including advertising or solicitation, without our consent.

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

Payments & Refunds

​Payments

• Blended Learning offers both free and paid learning plans.
• Users must pay all applicable fees, including taxes, using an accepted payment method.
• Subscription-based plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

Refund policies vary depending on the type of subscription or learning plan. Payment options may also differ based on the service.

Blended Learning does not provide refunds for:

• Users who violate our Terms of Use or Academic Integrity Policy (even if within the refund period).
• Users who do not achieve a passing grade, fail to complete a course, or are dissatisfied with their performance.

1. Subscription-Based Learning Plans

General Refunds

Blended Learning offers subscription-based learning plans with the following billing options:​

• Month-to-Month Subscription
• 6-Month Subscription
• 12-Month (Annual) Subscription

Refunds are only available if requested before the learning plan starts. Once access to course materials has begun, refunds will not be issued.

Free Trials and Refunds

Some subscription plans may include a free trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends. If you complete a course during the free trial, Blended Learning reserves the right to charge you for at least one billing cycle in order to issue your course completion certificate.

Subscription Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.

2. Refund Process & Eligibility

To request a refund, users must submit a Refund Request Form before their learning plan starts.

Refunds will not be granted:

• After the learning plan has begun.
• If the user has accessed course materials or completed coursework.
• For dissatisfaction with course content, performance, or grades.
• If the user violates the Terms of Use or Academic Integrity Policy.

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

3. No Refunds for Partial Use or Lack of Engagement

Blended Learning does not provide refunds due to:

• Failure to use the Services.
• Lack of engagement or missed coursework.
• Personal schedule conflicts.
• Unused portions of a subscription.

4. Third-Party Purchases & Payment Providers

​

If you purchase a Blended Learning subscription or course through a third-party marketplace the refund policy of that third party will apply. Blended Learning is not responsible for issuing refunds for purchases made through external platforms. Users must request refunds directly from the third-party marketplace where the purchase was made.

5. Subscription & Pricing Changes

Blended Learning reserves the right to change pricing or adjust subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated to users in advance. Existing subscribers will not be charged retroactively, but pricing changes may affect future renewals.

6. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Occasionally, Blended Learning may offer promotional discounts or special pricing. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to:

• Revoke promotional pricing if misuse is detected.
• Limit the availability of discounts per user or payment method.
• Apply expiration dates to promotional offers.

Users who have already redeemed an offer may not be eligible for additional promotions.

7. European Users: Right of Withdrawal (If Applicable)

If you are located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, unless:

• The Services have already been accessed or used with your consent.
• You acknowledge that you forfeit your right to withdraw upon using the Services.

If eligible, withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via the Refund Request Form. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval, using the original payment method.

Content & Privacy

Blended Learning and its content providers own all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the platform, including but not limited to:

• Course videos, text, images, and materials
• Software, databases, and website design
• Logos, brand elements, and proprietary methodologies

Your access to the Services does not grant you ownership of any content. You are permitted to use the materials for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell course content.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit our intellectual property.
• Use Blended Learning trademarks without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process personal data. We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with online data transmission.

Third-Party Links and Content

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, content, or services for informational purposes. Blended Learning does not endorse or control third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or security. When you navigate away from our platform, you do so at your own risk.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLENDED LEARNING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
• COURSES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS OR LEAD TO PROFESSIONAL OR ACADEMIC OUTCOMES.

ANY RELIANCE ON OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLENDED LEARNING AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification​

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS BLENDED LEARNING, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM:

• YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.
• YOUR MISUSE OF THE SERVICES.
• ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIM RELATED TO YOUR CONTENT OR ACTIONS.

THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SURVIVES TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR USE OF THE SERVICES.​

Termination & Disputes

​​Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding conflicts of law principles. ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Termination

Blended Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or behavior that disrupts our community.

Upon termination:

• Your access to enrolled courses may be revoked.
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods.
• Any stored user data may be retained or deleted at our discretion.

Changes to the Terms

Blended Learning may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blended Learning.
