1 · Parties and program
Between the student named on this page and BlendED, 245 Main Street, Cambridge, MA 02142. Enrollment in the program and cohort shown above, for a term of twelve months from the commencement date shown above.
2 · Fees
The fees for this enrollment are those set out in the Tuition summary on this page, and recorded as follows at the moment you submit your agreement below.

3 · What BlendED provides
Programs run as scheduled; mentor and supervision sessions take place; project work is evaluated against published criteria.
4 · What BlendED does not guarantee
BlendED does not guarantee publication or acceptance of any paper, admission to any institution, any internship or externship placement, any job offer, or any visa decision. Those decisions belong to journals, universities, employers and governments. No statement by any employee, agent or referral partner that conflicts with this is binding on us.
5 · Refunds
Before your start date, fees paid above the deposit are refunded; the deposit is not. On or after your start date, no refund is due. Requests go in writing to programs@blendedlearn.org. Residents of some countries have additional rights, set out in the Terms of Use.
6 · Term
Twelve months. This agreement does not renew automatically.
7 · Relationship to the Terms of Use
The BlendED Terms of Use govern the site, platform and community. This agreement governs fees, refunds and program delivery.
