No. Most BlendED learners come from outside CS. Our programs assume comfort with logical thinking and basic data—not Python or machine-learning experience. PBL tracks pair you with peers who fill your technical gaps; SPOCs include a foundations module before the deep-dive.
Yes. Many learners apply to a PBL and a SPOC in the same season. There's no fee, and we share information across applications so you don't repeat yourself. If you're admitted to both, our advisors will help you sequence them.
Each intake has a hard close date, but we begin reviewing applications the day they're submitted and admit qualified candidates as we go. By the final week, most seats are taken—earlier applications mean more program options and stronger scholarship odds.
Yes. There is no application fee for any BlendED program. You only commit financially when you accept an offer of admission with a tuition deposit.
We build classes of 18–24 learners with deliberate variety in discipline, geography, and career stage. The strongest classes pair complementary perspectives, so your application's "why this, why now" is read in the context of the group we're shaping.
Defer once, free, to any start within the next twelve months. Beyond that, we'll ask you to reapply—the process is short for prior admits and your essays roll forward.
