You arrive in Boston with a head start.

About five hours total, spread across two months. Sessions run in two time-zone slots and are recorded, so it fits around finals.

A problem worth solving — picked with your mentor, not assigned.
Three user interviews — proof the problem is real.
A first version already built — rough, but running.

Part 2 · In Boston · Feb 14–22

Nine days in Cambridge and Boston.

Roughly three hours of building each morning. Afternoons and evenings are the city: labs, startups, museums, and the people who work in them.

Kendall Square, Cambridge — Kendall Square

Boston in the evening — Evening in the city

Kendall Square — university labs, startups and AI companies in a few blocks.
Company and lab visits — planned visits and researcher talks.
Harvard and the museums — plus an evening game or city outing.
A team hotel — staff on the same floor, curfew, daily check-ins.

Visits, museums, games and evening outings depend on bookings, opening hours, weather and the official Summit agenda.
